Nasty Ribbons is the fabricy obsession of nasty woman Nicole Teeny, a designer and filmmaker. Despondent about the state of women in America, Nicole wanted to show her advocacy in a playful way. Enter: Nasty Ribbons! They're cute, witty, and small so you can put them almost everywhere.

Proceeds support NYC Anti-Violence Project

Nasty Ribbons is devoted to advocacy and a portion of our proceeds go to supporting organizations that get sh** done. Last year Nasty Ribbons donated 7% of proceeds to Ladies Get Paid, an organization working to close the wage gap.

This year Nasty Ribbons is supporting NYC Anti-Violence Project (AVP). “AVP empowers lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and HIV-affected communities and allies to end all forms of violence through organizing and education, and supports survivors through counseling and advocacy.”

The rest of the proceeds goes to putting women in Hollywood. The profits will go towards post production on a feature documentary about intersectional feminism that Nicole is directing staring a female protagonist. Representation matters!
